Vendor Forms

Come join Union City Pride, Inc. for the Seventh Annual Festival of Trees.  This two day festival  will be held at the Union City Elementary School on Saturday, December 10 and Sunday, December 11 from 10:00am - 4:00pm.  The cost of admission is $2 for adults and $1 for children.  The following activities are scheduled to be held:

   Tree Decorating Contest for individuals, groups, and businesses

Prizes will be awarded for each category.  Click on the Vendor Forms link to enter a tree.

   Wreath Decorating Contest for individuals, groups, and businesses

Prizes will be awarded for each category.  Click on the Vendor Forms link to enter a wreath.

   Gingerbread Contest

Prizes will be awarded for best house and other creation.  Click on the Vendor Forms link to enter a gingerbread creation.

   Cookie Decorating

Free gingerbread man cookie decorating for the kids.

   Free pictures with Santa
