The Parks and Recreation is please to be bringing the Kelly Miller Circus back to town Friday, July 25, 2008.  The circus experience starts early in the morning as the elephant raises the big top.  The public is invited to come and be part of this magical time and then return later for the show.  There will be two shows at Deveraux Park starting 4:30 and 7:30 each show will be 1-1/2 hours.   Tickets are $9 for adult and $5 for kids if purchased in advance or for $12 adults and $6 if purchased the day of the show.  Tickets will soon be available for purchase at the Union City Borough Building, Northwest Savings Bank at 22 North Main Street Union City, Tractor Supply in Corry and the Sparrow Pond in Waterford.
