Union City School District Pre K and Kindergarten Registration

Students whose last names begin with the letters A-L should attend on the 24th and those with the letters M-Z on the 25th.

All children enrolling for kindergarten must be five years of age, and pre K children must be four years of age by September 1, 2007. They should have received ALL required immunizations before school begins in the fall. Be sure to bring immunization record, birth certificate, Social Security card, and the child to be enrolled. It is also strongly recommended that parents bring a copy of a physical and dental exams completed within the last 6 months.
